Mental Health Awareness for Managers
This Mental Health Awareness for Managers course has been written for bespoke, in-house delivery.
Created by Matt Loftus, an experienced and licensed mental health trainer and ICF coach – Mental Health Awareness for Managers is aimed at organisation leaders and managers of teams, who want to increase their mental health knowledge and the confidence to support staff with empathy.
This one-day course is delivered in a coaching style with groups no larger than 12 per course, allowing for safe exploration of feelings and emotions which may arise throughout the sessions.
