Wellbeing Coaching is a developmental coaching approach, in partnership with the client.
It is an opportunity to think clearly, without interruption, in the presence of a qualified coach (ICF accredited).
Coaching isn’t about giving solutions or fixing people – because it starts with the understanding that people aren’t broken; they just might need a little support, perhaps a gentle nudge towards becoming unstuck in an area of their life currently causing them stress or difficulties.
We do not diagnose. It is not a replacement for counselling or therapy. Instead, wellbeing coaching provides listening, encouragement, support and help when you need to feel a little calmer, and in control.
This process aims to improve performance and focuses on the here and now rather than on the distant past or future. We are mental health professionals and skilled educators, as well as qualified personal and business coaches. This combination sets us apart from the crowd when it comes to giving permission to our clients to explore their own mental health and wellbeing.
