We do not diagnose. It is not a replacement for counselling or therapy. Instead, wellbeing 1:1 coaching provides encouragement, support and help when you need to feel a little calmer, and in control.
This process aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the distant past or future. We are mental health professionals and skilled educators, with experience in one-to-one developmental coaching.
