Our Wellbeing Coaching for Students programme consists of 6 x 1-hour wellbeing coaching sessions, spread over 3 months,  delivered by an experienced coach and mental health professional.

‘Wellbeing Coaching for Students’ is aimed at university students who may require a little support in a variety of areas:

– Addressing stress & anxiety

– Self-belief

– Confidence

– Exam preparation

– Taking back control

6 personal coaching sessions with an ICF coach.  Includes support in between sessions, by email/WhatsApp.

We do not diagnose.  This is not a replacement for counselling or therapy. Wellbeing coaching can help people when they need listening,  encouragement, and support and help them become unstuck in an area of their life.

We work with you to arrange your sessions around your busy life.  Sessions are usually once a fortnight, however, this is flexible and can be adapted to suit your needs.

Wellbeing coaching sessions can take place online via Zoom/MS Teams, over the phone or in person.  You are in control.

Bespoke support, designed just for you:

– Whatsapp & email support between sessions and for 1 month after your programme has finished

– A full summary of your coaching journey, for your own reflections.
