We do not diagnose. This is not a replacement for counselling or therapy. Wellbeing coaching can help people when they need encouragement, support and to help them see the world in a new way.
– This is a set of 4 coaching conversations (1-hour each), delivered by an experienced coach and mental health professional.
We work with you to arrange your sessions around your busy life. Sessions are usually once per week, for four weeks. However, this is flexible and can be adapted to suit your needs.
Wellbeing coaching sessions can take place online via Zoom/MS Teams or simply over the phone. It’s completely up to you.
Wellbeing coaching takes place in the form of a conversation. There are no tricks or surprises. Sessions are designed to create a safe space for you to talk openly about your thoughts and feelings, without judgement or criticism.
Delivered by an experienced mental health and wellbeing professional; wellbeing coaching combines self-help strategies for coping with stress; together with evidence-based communication techniques for helping you return to calm.
