This is a safe and supportive session for individuals and groups, following a suicide within their community.
Our suicide grief and loss session takes place face-to-face – facilitated by an experienced, trauma-informed mental health trainer, suicide prevention advocate, and crisis volunteer. For more information about our facilitator, please visit here

- Timings are flexible, with a suggested 60-90 minute session.
- An opportunity to be listened to and truly heard, by a professional ICF-accredited personal coach and suicide prevention facilitator
