Mental Health Coaching does not diagnose. It is not a replacement for counselling or therapy. Instead, it has it’s own place in a person’s life when they need encouragement, support and to help them see the world in a new way.
Mental Health Coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the distant past or future. We are mental health professionals and skilled educators, with experience in one-to-one development coaching.
