The great outdoors is a powerful place for a nature fix.  When we’re outside in nature, a sense of perspective can be regained.

An escape from our busy and stressful daily routines.  An escape from our responsibilities, if only for a short time.

An opportunity to connect with nature once again.  An opportunity to learn a new skill, to distract from our anxious minds.  An opportunity to get your nature fix.

A Nature Fix can be achieved in a single session or booked as a regular self-care strategy to manage your own wellbeing.

Sessions are facilitated by a mental health professional, experienced in managing crisis conversations and helping you return to a feeling of calm.  All sessions are led by an experienced and qualified outdoor adventure leader, fully insured and include all safety equipment and specialist clothing, if required.
